Promotional Terms & Conditions: 1) This limited-time promotion is a giveaway, managed by WTF Notebooks™. All customers who place an order containing 3 or more WTF Notebooks between January 10, 2023 (0:01am, ET) and January 31, 2023 (11:59pm, PT) automatically go in the draw to win. There are 18 prizes to be won: three Apple iPhone 14 Pro smartphones, five WTF Notebooks™ Gift Cards with the value of $100 each, and ten WTF Notebooks Gift Cards with the value of $50 each. The prizes cannot be exchanged for other materialistic items, Gift Cards, credit, money or other currency value. 2) The 18 winners will be drawn on February 2, 2023, and contacted directly via the email address associated to their winning order within 7 days of the prize draw. Only one prize per winner. If we are unable to contact a winner via email, we may attempt to reach the winner through social media or other channels. 3) Winners must claim the prize by providing a shipping address to which the prize can be sent. Winners of the Gift Cards will be emailed the electronic Gift Card to the email address they used during the purchase of the winning order. If a prize remains unclaimed for more than 90 days, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize. 4) WTF Notebooks™ reserves the right to publish the first names, initials of the last name, and city of the three winners of the smartphones, on its social media channels. 5) The main prizes in this prize draw will be three models of the Apple iPhone 14 Pro in the color 'Space Black' with 128GB of storage. AppleCare+ coverage not included. The prizes will be purchased by WTF Notebooks™ directly from the Apple store (whether physical or online) in the respective country of the winner's shipping address. Prizes are subject to availability. 6) WTF Notebooks' standard Terms & Conditions and policies apply and do not loose effect or validity, nor are in any other way affected by, the Terms & Conditions of this promotion. 7) We will do our best to deliver the prizes to the winners as quickly as possible. We will aim to deliver them within 60 days from the day they are claimed by the winners, but we cannot be held responsible for delays, in particular those caused by events outside of our control.
